In the event of a class or workshop cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

Please note: We reserve the right to not serve anyone. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel events, especially in the event of climate changes and emergencies.

What happens if I paid for an event and it is cancelled?

If, and whenever an event is cancelled/rescheduled on our part you will receive credit towards the next available event. You are provided the options to come to the rescheduled event, or place your purchase fee towards the balance of another scheduled event. If you opt to place your purchased cancelled event towards another event the event has to be of the same and equal value of the event you purchased but was cancelled.

How-to use the above option?

You must present proof of purchase. This is done by providing your receipt of purchase which can be easily done by providing a snapshot of purchase transactions. Or, presenting a purchase copy receipt. A bank statement. Provide any piece of evidence providing the name on receipt of purchaser which must match the name, date and amount of purchase on file with us. This process is mandatory in order to receive credit from purchase.

When to Purchase Tickets?

All ticket purchases much be made at least, and at most 3 days in advance. If there is not enough participants to hold a successful event the event will be rescheduled. If the event is rescheduled you will be notified at the earliest of us knowing to inform you. In this case, you will be fully refunded. Or, given the option to attend the next event without any cost to you.

What happens to my purchase if I don’t show up to my paid event?

Good question. You may be able to attend another event of the same or of equal value with only paying half of the event price. The way you get this to happen is you contact, 270.349.2332. What is the Window of time to request purchase event reschedules?

Two (2) months. If you’ve not rescheduled attendance for any events held with us within two months of your purchase and cancellation all request for return payment in any capacity is void. By the way, you are encouraged and welcome to gift your ticket to your purchased event to anyone you deem but the policy for “no show” continues to be in effect.
