Coaching Sessions
Hey! Looking for a life coach who is dedicated to providing her clients with results in the shortest amount of time?
Let’s face it! The world seems to be filled with life coaches online and offline. There are good coaches and there are not-so-good coaches. How do you know for sure that while you are investing in your life for the improvement and betterment, for yourself and for your family current and future that your coach thinks and feels the same as you do towards this very important factor? How do you know how good the coach really is? Sure, you could go by referrals and testimonials. But, consider that referrals merely say that someone you may know may have had a good experience along with results working with this particular coach. Or, that someone heard the coach is good. Referrals are good for a coach or any other professional to have, however, referrals really don’t tell a potential client that they and that particular coach are a good fit and that they themselves will have the same experience and or results. Testimonials are great too! But, testimonials can be created by friends and family members of the coach who have never been coached by the life coach themselves but want to help the coach receive clients. And, people do love to receive referrals and to view testimonials. And being in business for many years doesn’t necessarily mean that they are good, nor would be a good fit for you. Honestly, the only way to identify and to know whether or not a coach is best for you is to understand what they specialize in and what is unique about their niche and then follow up your hunch with a consultation. Your consultation is where you will know for certain whether or not the two of you will make good partners.
Here are a few questions that may help you to identify if whether or not you’ve found the coach that will bring you the results that you seek in the shortest amount of time:
- What is your specialty? Mindfulness? Success? Goals? etc.? Gain clarity from them on what it is that they do as a life coach this way you can gain a better insight as to whether or not they will be able to assist you best in the area(s) you are seeking results.
- Typically, how long do you work with a client in this area before your client receives the results they initially come to you for? Granted, one size doesn’t fit all. Everyone situation is as different as the prospective clients are different. However, if you and the coach have a successful one time consultation first then you should leave the consultation having a good idea on how long your sought out results should come.
- What is the amount of time to spend at each meeting? Listen closely for the answer because coaching sessions typically are 1 hour. Because usually after an hour session someone between the two of you have taken up a lot of time ranting, venting and or lingering on a subject matter. Life coaching isn’t about venting although there may be moments where you as the client may want to vent, rant and linger on a subject longer than really necessary. Should you as the client find yourself ranting, venting and or lingering long within a session just know that the coach has a right to add on a fee if the session runs over the hour.
- How can you help me in this area? Ask this question to hear the tone of voice and answer from the coach as this may help you identify the coach’s confidence to help you receive the results you seek.
- What are some of the tools and methodologies in my case you might use with me? Ask this question to get a feel for the tools and methodologies that the coach uses. Being aware of the coaches tools and methodologies may let you know the coach’s work process. Knowing the answer of such a question may also let you know what to expect so that you can prepare your mind and body for the involvement towards helping you get the results you want to see and have.

Art as Therapy sessions.
Techniques geared to help manage anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The Art as Therapy sessions is facilitated as a place for clients to explore and experience their creative self. Thereby creating a place and space where they can explore and experience their emotions that will ultimately lead them to create and to become more receptive to exploring opportunities that they themselves have created for themselves. Nice! Indeed. Because art has been and continues to be an outlet for me, personally, as with so many others, especially during chaotic times, and has been proven to be a reliant source for emotional expression during a person’s challenging times. The sessions are led by the level of CB, Cognitive Behavioral analysis of the individual provided by the coach. If you are interested, or if you desire to have an Art as Therapy session or sessions for a group please make sure to use the CSEL Contact form and clarify that you are interested in doing so. Coach Katie or someone of her staff will contact you shortly after to discuss the particulars and to start the process, thank you. Sessions are offered via Virtual. All participants must have access to a computer and be able to access such virtual assistance as Streamyard and or Zoom. Families are encouraged and welcomed. There are discounted fees for families, Seniors, and Veterans. To view personal artwork, please visit, KvF Art Gallery.
